The Least of These…Under Satan’s Thumb
Those at the bottom of society are those under the thumb of satan’s kingdom. Jesus called them ‘the least of these my brethren;, the abused, tortured, poor, homeless, naked, imprisoned and even murdered.
Satan’s kingdom also known as the world system” is known for producing these type of people. Jesus speaking about the poor, “the poor you will always have with you.”
As long as Satan has dominion on the earth there will be poor, downtrodden people.
But Jesus personally identifies with these people. He not only identifies with them he plans to judge his people in relation to how we treat these people.
Read Matthew 25:31-46, he also makes it clear what he thinks of these people and what he’s looking for from us who follow him..
Matthew 25:40 The King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’
In this way Jesus personally undermines the world system and the world kingdom of Satan.
