There is neither male nor female in Jesus Christ. Ministry that acknowledges this helps people mature.

A mature Christian doesn’t reinforce and strengthen and embitter one another based on gender. He is not obsessed with gender roles.

The best ministry acknowledges that gender is a non issue in Jesus Christ. It is not something to get obsessed over perceived slights and errors.

Paul said somewhere to “Put off the old man and put on the new man in Jesus Christ.” Part of the “old man” is our gender.

Don’t hide behind and celebrate gender related issues problems. Excusing and even celebrating them, drives wedges between people. If you feel inclined to do that go for it but Jesus Christ is not doing that nor did he during his earthly ministry. He treated women as equals and not as inferiors.

We don’t have gender in Jesus Christ, I think we should act accordingly.
